Glucose in Carbonated Beverage

Detection of Glucose in a Carbonated Beverage Experiment Kit 990-00463

In this experiment students learn about the main components of a biosensor by making their own biosensor and using it to detect glucose. Students use both the calibration curve and standard addition methods to determine the amount of glucose contained in a common carbonated beverage. Students then compare their results between each method, as well as the results of the class.
